Water & Sewer Replacements
HOW DO I TELL IF MY WATER SERVICE IS LEAKING?
The first thing you may notice is a higher than normal water bill. You also may notice an area of your yard that is
very green. You also may notice water standing either in the yard or by the curb. If you see any of these signs, or if
you suspect you may have a problem, call and we will send someone to check your water system.

COMPARISON PHOTO - WATER SERVICE REPLACEMENTS
The home on the left had their water service replaced by another company; we did the home on the right.
The care we take to put your yard back together is obvious by this photo. We use a straw mat which is stapled in
place; they used loose straw which blew away within a week.
HOW DO I TELL IF MY SEWER HAS A PROBLEM?
The first thing you may notice is a back-up in the lowest plumbing fixture in the home. Usually a basement toilet,
shower, or utility sink. If your home does not have a basement than you will notice at the bathroom closest to where
your sewer leaves the home. This does not always mean that the sewer needs to be replaced. Just give us a call and
we can attempt to clear the drain line. We even offer a fiber-optic camera service which can view the inside of
your sewer. Having your drains cleared may be something you have done often. If you have been told you have roots in
the line or a separated or crushed pipe you need to look into replacing your sewer. This is a large project, therefore
be prepared for some work that will be needed to return your yard to it's original look after settlement of the ditch
occurs.
